Samuel J. Cili was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Mr. Cili graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in International Relations. He continued his education at Florida International University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 2016.

While attending Florida International University College of Law, Mr. Cili worked as a Graduate Research Assistant for the Davidson-Kahn Distinguished University Professor of Law, Dr. Stanley Fish. Mr. Cili was also a member of the Board of Advocates as well as the Trial Team. As a member of the Trial Team, Mr. Cili competed in the Zehmer Memorial Mock Trial Completion where he helped propel Florida International University to the finals.

Mr. Cili’s practice focuses primarily on construction litigation with a specific focus on representing architects, engineers and other design professionals in construction defect claims.
