Lorne E. Berkeley born in Livingston, New Jersey, received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami in 1993, and his Juris Doctor from Pace University in 1997.

Mr. Berkeley was admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida in 1998.  After completing law school, he served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, Florida and tried several jury trials to verdict – including many major felony prosecutions.

  • Mr. Berkeley also represents his professional clients before the Department of Business and Professional Regulations concerning Complaints against architects, engineers, contractors and real estate agents.

Family Law

  • Mr. Berkeley also maintains a small Family Law practice. His cases consist of Domestic Violence dispute and injunctive requests and matrimonial proceedings.
