A. Nicole Kwapisz was born in Poznan, Poland. Ms. Kwapisz received her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies summa cum laude from Barry University. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kwapisz worked as a litigation paralegal in three renowned South Florida law firms, where she gained extensive experience in construction litigation. She then earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude.

While in law school, Ms. Kwapisz served as an Articles Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review as well as a competitor and coach for St. Thomas Moot Court team. Ms. Kwapisz interned for Judge Patricia A. Seitz of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and Judge David M. Gersten of the Third district Court of Appeal of Florida. She received six excellence Book Awards and a merit scholarship. She was honored with a Certificate of Recognition for exemplary pro bono hours. Ms. Kwapisz is a published author of two articles.

Upon earning her law degree, Ms. Kwapisz practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defense, employment and health law. Ms. Kwapisz successfully handled cases in both state and federal courts, including obtaining final summary judgments and defense dismissals in tort liability cases. Ms. Kwapisz is an active member of American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association and Federal Bar Association.
